Tuna Pear Salad
Ingredients:

1 Wild Caught Tuna Steak

1 Cubed Organic Pear
-
1 Medium Roasted Sweet Potato
-
3 tsp. Chopped Onion
-
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil Fresh Mayo
-
2 Cups Mixed Kale, Spinach, Arugula Salad
-
1/4 Cup Fresh Organic Goat Cheese
-
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
4 Tbsp. Raw Apple Cider Vinger
-
Himalayan Salt to Taste
-
Pepper to Taste
Directions
In small pan add olive oil enough to coat the pan and add tuna. Cook medium without frying until done. Add tuna to a mixing bowl on cut into small pieces. Add chopped onion and mayo and mix together. In separate bowl add greens, diced pear, cubed sweet potato, salt & pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Mix well. Top with fresh goat cheese.
Optional add ins : Walnuts, pecans, or sliced almonds.
