Tuna Pear Salad


Serving size 4

  • 1 Wild Caught Tuna Steak

  • 1 Cubed Organic Pear

  • 1 Medium Roasted Sweet Potato

  • 3 tsp. Chopped Onion

  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil Fresh Mayo

  • 2 Cups Mixed Kale, Spinach, Arugula Salad

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Organic Goat Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 4 Tbsp. Raw Apple Cider Vinger

  • Himalayan Salt to Taste

  • Pepper to Taste



In small pan add olive oil enough to coat the pan and add tuna. Cook medium without frying until done. Add tuna to a mixing bowl on cut into small pieces. Add chopped onion and mayo and mix together. In separate bowl add greens, diced pear, cubed sweet potato, salt & pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Mix well. Top with fresh goat cheese.

Optional add ins : Walnuts, pecans, or sliced almonds.
