Sweet Dreams Smoothie

3/4 cup almond or coconut milk
1 banana, frozen
3/4 cup pitted cherries
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 sliced almonds


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blending slow to high until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately.

  3. Enjoy!
