Pumpkin Cashew Balls
1/2 cup can or box of organic pumpkin
1/4 + 2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/4 cup raw cashew butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon each..organic cinnamon, ginger, cloves spices
1 pinch sea salt
Combine ingredients in a bowl and freeze 30 minutes before serving.
Optional-Melt a 70% or more dark chocolate bar + 1 tsp. coconut oil mixed and roll balls before freezing.
Also can add unsweetened coconut flakes.
