Healthy Mocha Iced Coffee




  • 8 oz. organic canned coconut cream

  • 8 oz. filtered water

  • 2 heaped tsp of raw cacao

  • 2 tsps of raw honey

  • A pinch of himalayan or sea salt


  1. Mix!!

  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.

  3. Warm to about 35 degrees celcius and mix.

  4. If using a thermomix, add all ingredients and set to mix for t5 min and heat to 37 degrees celsius.

  5. Pour into container and refrigerate until cold.

  6. Once refrigerated, pour the chocolate drink into the frozen glasses and serve cold.

  7. Fluff with fork and top with blueberries.

  8. Remember to double the recipe for extra that you can stash in the freezer.
