I am very passionate about being a health and wellness coach. I enjoy being a supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices. It's quite simple; Together, let's take the guesswork out by looking at the "root" cause of the problem. I educate and support clients so that they can achieve their health goals and feel their optimal best through lifestyle, physicality, food relationships, and behavior adjustments. I don't teach "dieting." I do believe the reason why every weight loss program you've tried has eventually failed isn't that you aren't strong enough or you didn't try hard enough. It's simply because the focus was in the wrong place.
