Vanilla Coconut Protein Cupcake

Ingredients

(Makes 10 Cupcakes):

  • 1 cup Bob red mill Coconut flour

  • 1/2 cup bob red mill almond flour

  • 3/4 cup bob red mill oat flour

  • 1 cup unrefined pure coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • dash of salt

  • 1/2 scoop (juice plus complete) vanilla vegan protein powder

  • 1/3 cup organic virgin coconut oil

  • 1 tsp. madagascar vanilla

  • 2 organic brown eggs

  • 1 5.3 oz. of coconut siggis yogurt

  • 1/3 cup sllk non-gmo original almond milk

Directions

Pre heat oven 325 degrees. In a medium bowl combine all dry ingredients. Add all other ingredients into bowl and mix well. Spoon into cupcake wrappers and place on baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
