Turkey Burgers W/ Spinach & Goat Cheese

Ingredients- Gluten-Free

2-pound free-range fresh ground turkey meat
1 cup chopped organic Baby spinach, fresh
2 garlic chopped cloves 
1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1 tbsp diced scallions
1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
4 oz fresh organic goat cheese



In a large bowl add meat, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, chopped spinach, 2 tbsp. olive oil, and 2 oz. of crumbled goat cheese. Preserve the remaining 2 oz. for topping when done.

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and shape into small burgers. Grill burgers in EVOO medium to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes each side. Make sure no longer pink before removing.

Top with remaining 2 oz. crumbled goat cheese and serve.

Serve over a salad with diced avocado or over crusty spelt bread.
