Fruity Banana Split Jar


Vegan, Paleo and Gluten free


  • 4 medium-ripe bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise

  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries

  • 4 oz. dark chocolate

  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped

  • Mint leaves for garnish



  1. Divide the banana halves among 4 jars, 2 halves per jar. Top each jar with 1/2 cup berries.

  2. Melt the chocolate in a small pot over very low heat, stirring often. Drizzle the chocolate over the bananas and berries.

  3. Top with the nuts and garnish with mint leaves. Serve.

  4. Optional-Layer with berries of choice, nuts, seeds or granola

  5. * Serve with fresh mint leaves
