Hearty Morning Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mixed raspberries, blueberries and blackberries

  • 1/3 cup steel-cut oats (Bobs red mill gluten free )

  • 1/2 cup mixed walnuts, pumpkin seeds and almonds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tsp. pure unrefined coconut sugar

  • 2/3 cup almond milk (Silk non-gmo original)

  • 4 tbsp water

Directions

Add milk and water to small pot. Add steel oats and cook until tender. Place in serving bowl and add coconut sugar, chia seeds, berries & nuts.
