Hearty Morning Oatmeal
Ingredients

3/4 cup mixed raspberries, blueberries and blackberries

1/3 cup steel-cut oats (Bobs red mill gluten free )

1/2 cup mixed walnuts, pumpkin seeds and almonds
-
1 tbsp chia seeds
-
2 tsp. pure unrefined coconut sugar
-
2/3 cup almond milk (Silk non-gmo original)
-
4 tbsp water
Directions
Add milk and water to small pot. Add steel oats and cook until tender. Place in serving bowl and add coconut sugar, chia seeds, berries & nuts.
