Chia Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

1 Small banana
Handful spinach
1 Cup Mango, frozen
1/2 Cup Almond milk
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
Handful raw almonds
Scoop Vanilla Protein (We suggest juice plus vegan protein shakes)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients blend slow to high. Add few Ice Cubes to add thickness
