Banana Protein Bread
Ingredients
(6 to 8 slices):

1.5 cup oat flour (gluten-free) Bob's red mill

1/2 cup almond flour Bob's red mill

1 cup gluten-free oats bob's red mill

3 medium ripe bananas

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1/3 cup milled/ground flaxseed

1/3 cup chia seed

1/4 cup clear raw/organic/local honey

2 medium eggs, preferably free-range or organic, beaten

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

4 tbsp raw organic coconut oil, melted

2 tsp baking powder

*Optional: Can add 2 handfuls of pecans or walnuts.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F
In a small bowl mash the bananas with a fork. Mix together the oat flour, rolled oats, protein powder, flaxseed, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the mashed banana, almond milk, honey, coconut oil and beaten eggs. Mix everything together thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a grease loaf tin or one lined with baking paper and cook for 40 to 45 minutes in the oven until a knife/skewer/pick comes out almost clean.
