Chia Mango Smoothie

1/2 tsp. diced fresh turmeric
1 tbsp. chia seed
1 tbsp. flaxseed
1 frozen banana
Handful raw almonds
1 tsp raw coconut butter
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder( we choose ancient nutrition)
1/3 cup silk non-gmo almond milk
1/4 cup crushed ice

  1. Add all ingredients blend slow to high.
