We will navigate how to disassociate cravings from true hunger with intuitive eating practices. I will offer strategies that can lead to successful behavior change around eating habits as we stick to your goals, while managing them sustainably.
 Stress Management: I can help arm you with the proper tools in managing short-term daily stress, as well as long-term stressful situations. These stressors can have a significant impact on gut health, hormonal balance, stress-cortisol, and weight. We’ll incorporate relaxation techniques and other stress-reducing strategies.
