I am a Board-Certified Mental Health Coach and can help you with a variety of mental health and wellness goals by providing lifestyle and behavior therapy, including nutritional and physical activity guidance. These lifestyle modifications play a crucial role in improving mental health outcomes. These tools can assist with managing stress, behavioral changes, developing healthy habits, building resilience, positive self-talk, and even improving relationships.  Holistic health interventions can lead to significant improvements in mental health challenges, allowing individuals to feel empowered, hopeful, gain self control, and more connected to themselves and to others as we focus on action-oriented goals and create a plan to achieve them sustainably. Holistic health interventions can help with: Brain Food/Proper Nutrition: Proper nutrition significantly supports mental health by providing the brain with essential nutrients for optimal function and influencing neurotransmitter production, which regulates mood and emotional responses. A balanced diet—rich in vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats—can help improve cognitive function, reduce stress, and even mitigate symptoms of depression and anxiety. Goal Setting and Achievement:
I will help you identify your challenges and obstacles and break them down into manageable steps, providing support and encouragement to achieve healthy goals. 

 Cognitive Behavioral Principals:
Develop a positive mindset with the proper tools only found in my 3-step strategy process. Together, we will foster positive thoughts and engage positive actions, while cultivating positive interactions. 

Building Resilience:
I will offer you personal support to help you build resilience by identifying your strengths, developing coping mechanisms, and practicing self-compassion.

I will provide guidance on effective communication, conflict resolution, and boundary setting to foster healthier relationships.
