Chocolate Energy Cocoa Balls

  • 1 cup gluten free organic quick oats

  • 1/4 flax seed meal

  • 1/2 scoop vegan protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)

  • 2 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut flakes (Optional)

  • 1 tablespoons virgin coconut oil

  • 5 tablespoons almond butter

  • 2 teaspoons raw honey

  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoons water

  • 1/2 mashed banana

 

*Can add in sliced almonds

Mash all ingredients with a fork until throughly blended . Roll into balls place in jar in refrigerator give hour before eating....no need to cook! Can roll balls in chopped nuts, cinnamon or shredded coconut. Yum! Makes about 10 -12 rolled balls.
