During these programs we will:

Each session is 45-60 minutes long. You can chose to work with us in person, via phone conference, or Skype. During our initial consultation, we will discuss your unique situation in depth. Topics covered will be your life goals, current diet health history, relationship concerns, career, current stress level and any other issues that influence your life satisfaction. These issues will all be essential when creating your personal program. During each session, you will receive valuable recommendations and information to assist you in building your life and reaching your goals. Each coaching session builds on the last. We will go over your progress made in between sessions so that we can consistently fine-tune the program to your needs and reinforce the progress you make. What is Gut Health?
